Laterite’s paper with a colleague at the IFC entitled “Innovative techniques to evaluate the impact of private sector development reforms. An application to Rwanda’s business environment and to 11 other countries” has been selected to be presented at the Midwest Political Science Association (MPSA) Conference, one of the largest political science conferences, that will take place in Chicago in April 2013.
Using innovative techniques, the paper finds strong evidence that One-Stop-Shops reform lead to new business registration in Rwanda and 11 other countries.
The paper will be presented on Saturday, April 13, 2015 at 12:45pm. The seminar is entitled “Topics in Development: Rethinking Standard Approaches”
